Official Transcript Evaluation Request Form

Beginning October 2026, the Transfer Credit Evaluation Request form has moved to myRRVA! To submit the form, select Transfer Credit & Evaluation > Transfer Credit Evaluation Request. The new myRRVA ticketing system will allow you to track the status of your evaluation and communicate with the transcript evaluators directly thought the ticket! 

Don't forget to submit your official transcripts to HCC - request them directly through your transfer institution. Electronic transcripts are preferred; students can use transeval@howardcc.edu if an email address is required.
