Howard Community College’s Robotic Football team is the only community college team to participate in National Robotic Football Combine.

Minah Woo, vice president of workforce, innovation and strategic partnerships, has been named to the inaugural class of the United Way of Central Maryland’s Workforce Leadership Academy

The Howard County Public School System submitted its initial plan for implementing the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, a landmark piece of state legislation that aims to overhaul the public education system during the next decade.

About 150 young men from Howard County high schools attended the March 10 conference titled “Black Mental Health Matters” at Howard Community College which was hosted by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

“Engagement is vital to the growth of our young people and our community,” said Dr. Daria J. Willis, President of Howard Community College.

Howard County high school students explore pathways to success with JumpStart, Howard Community College’s dual-enrollment program.

Access to dual-enrollment at Howard Community College and other career preparedness programs are included as part of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future.

HCPSS students can take free classes at Howard Community College as part of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future.
