Interview Preparation
The interview is your opportunity to convince the employer that you are the most qualified candidate for the job opening. Doing so requires that you describe how your experience, training and skills are directly related to what the employer is seeking. The interview also allows you to gauge whether or not your personality, interests, and values are compatible with the company's culture and the job duties. In other words, you are interviewing them just as much as they are interviewing you.
Thorough preparation is the best way to ensure a successful interview. Here are some useful tools and services that will help you prepare.
