- National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline 988: If you're in emotional distress or suicidal, crisis help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply text, or call, 988. You are not alone. If it's an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you believe that someone else is in danger of suicide and you have their contact information, contact campus safety (443-518-5555) or 911 for immediate help. You can also encourage the person to contact the suicide prevention hotline at 988.
