Topics include: medical/healthcare office management, electronic health records, insurance processing guidelines, entering charges, submitting insurance claims, posting insurance payments, completion and submission of Medicare, Medicaid, and a variety of commercial credentialing applications techniques required to ensure receipt of optimum provider payments, and best collection practices including writing and submitting appeal letters.
