Continuing Professional Education for Home Inspection
Part I enables current home inspectors to maintain licensure with the State of Maryland by satisfying one-half of the mandatory continuing education requirements as required by the Maryland Commission of Home Inspection (15 hours). One hundred percent attendance is required to pass the class. Topics include: how to inspect and report on the soundness of a housing structure, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and insulation. This course is offered in partnership with CCBC and will be held on Zoom. Refunds issued up until seven days before course start date. 1.5 CEUs.
Part II enables current home inspectors to maintain licensure with the State of Maryland by satisfying one-half of the mandatory continuing education requirements as required by the Maryland Commission of Home Inspection (15 hours). One hundred percent attendance is required to pass the class. Topics include: heating and air conditioning systems, insulation and ventilation, fireplaces and solid burning appliances. This course is offered in partnership with CCBC and will be held on Zoom. Refunds issued up until seven days before course start date. 1.5 CEUs. No class Mar 27.
