Ready to start your journey toward earning a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)?
Interested in earning your Class A Commercial Driver’s License? Before enrolling, it’s critical to determine if this program is right for you by reviewing the mandatory program and licensure requirements and gaining a solid understanding of the program expectations. This readiness and screening class will provide an overview of the CDL Program, including details on training provided and the time commitment required to successfully complete it. To be eligible for acceptance into the CDL Program, applicants must be at least 21 years of age; hold a valid, full Maryland driver’s license with a clean driving record; successfully complete a physical examination and drug screen (at the students' own expense) conducted by a licensed medical examiner, as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation. All requirements must be fulfilled at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the CDL program. Upon successful completion, registration details for the upcoming CDL classes will be provided so you can begin your journey!
Registration for this course is open until the last day of the course, however students can only register for this course online up to the start date of the class.
