Discover the future with undergraduate research
Undergraduate Research at HCC is designed for students who wish to actively contribute to their field of study and gain authentic/hands-on experience that will help them advance in their academic and career journey.
As a student researcher, you will actively participate in meaningful mentored research experiences led by expert HCC faculty that will prepare you to succeed in research at a transfer institution. Participants learn about research methods and protocols, data analysis, and research ethics while taking anywhere from one to four for-credit courses. Research students produce and formally present their original research at conferences and poster sessions on- and off-campus.
