Build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility in this all-levels class that focuses on controlled movements and mindful breathing. Using just a mat and your body weight, Pilates strengthens your core, tones muscles, and promotes balance and stability. This class is designed to support everyday movement, reduce stress, and leave you feeling energized and aligned. No experience needed—modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
FREE and open to current HCC students.
Classes are held in the Kahlert Complex Fitness Multipurpose room. No need to pre-register, Just come to the class and sign in. Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
