Build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility in this all-levels class that focuses on controlled movements and mindful breathing. Using just a mat and your body weight, Pilates strengthens your core, tones muscles, and promotes balance and stability. This class is designed to support everyday movement, reduce stress, and leave you feeling energized and aligned. No experience needed—modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
Free and open to all HCC students. Classes will be held in the Kahlert Complex Fitness Center Multipurpose room. Mats will be provided.
