Event Details | HCC Faculty Concert: Once Upon a Prairie

Once Upon A Prairie is a multimedia jazz performance that explores the decline of America’s native grasslands and the ongoing efforts to restore them. Featuring a live soundtrack that fuses roots Americana with modern jazz, the show offers a powerful blend of music and visuals. This genre-crossing experience invites audiences to reflect on the environmental impact of human intervention and the resilience of the prairie ecosystem. Both thought-provoking and musically adventurous, it speaks to eco-conscious listeners and anyone drawn to the hidden stories of the American landscape.
