Event Details | Visiting Artist One-Day Lecture & Workshop with Rajesh Pullarwar
Please join Master Printmaker Rajesh Pullarwar from India and Prof. Fahimeh Vahdat from HCC for a day of exploration of one of the most ancient art forms of relief printmaking.
Starting the day with a free public lecture, individuals will learn about relief printmaking.
Following the lecture, there is a limited space, printmaking workshop. This workshop will introduce participants to the direct method of surface carving using block printing tools. Participants will also view a large display of actual prints by renowned artists from around the world, enhancing their learning and exploration of the art of printmaking.
At the end of the workshop, participants will take their completed print with them.
