All-Gender Facilities Policy - 63.01F

In accordance with Title IX and related federal guidance and Howard Community College policy 63.01, Non-Discrimination, students, staff, faculty, and campus guests, including persons providing disability-related assistance to others, may use restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, or similarly purposed facilities that correspond to their gender identity or expression, or that are designated all-gender. Students, staff, faculty, and campus guests should determine which options are most appropriate or safest for them.
