College Procedure Number/Title:
In accordance with their primary responsibility for the direction of learning activities, the Howard Community College faculty, through the vice president of academic affairs, will approve all candidates for the degrees of associate of arts, associate of applied science, associate of arts in teaching, associate of science in engineering, and all certificates and recommend the candidates to the board of trustees for graduation.
