Clark Library Hall is home to the HCC library as well as classrooms, the wellness center, our Fueling Dragons food pantry, the international education office, the Howard County Center of African American Cultural Research Library, and eSports lab.
The building was the first building on the Howard Community College campus, and when it was completed in 1970, it housed the school's entire operation.
