Welcome and Information Center

All visitors are encouraged to stop by the Welcome and Information Center to pick up a campus map and get information about the academic opportunities and social activities available for students and members of the college community. Online campus map and directions.

Voter Registration

Students may obtain voter registration forms at the Welcome and Information Centers. To get more information, and to register to vote online, please visit www.howardcc.edu/registertovote.

For the MDOT free bus pass, please follow these steps:

1. Download the DMOT transit app here.
2. Click ‘buy ticket’
3. On the top of the $2 ticket option, it says ‘regular’; click that, then click ‘student’.
4. The app will then pull up the application. Please input your HCC college email to complete the application. You will also need a photo of your student ID (with latest stickers preferably)
5. The process will take up to 5 business days to review.

All visitors should park in designated visitor parking spaces only. Vehicles parked in designated faculty/staff parking areas will be ticketed. Vehicles improperly parked in handicapped spaces, reserved parking spaces, fire lanes, and no parking areas will be issued a parking citation and towed. View HCC's parking regulations.

Students will need to obtain a parking pass. Please bring the following information with you to Public Safety located in the first floor of the Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF):

• An official HCC copy of your current class schedule.
• A valid photo ID (driver's license, student ID, or other form of picture ID)
• Your vehicle information, including year, make, model, color and the license plate number
